LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY

Miller Transportation is responsible only for transportation on its own lines in accordance with applicable tariffs and limitations and assumes no responsibility for any acts or omissions of others, including interline partners, except as imposed by law. In no event shall carrier be liable for consequential or incidental damages for loss, damage or delay, including weather delays. We ask that you arrive at open terminals thirty (30) minutes prior to departure. Miller Transportation will not be responsible for the inconsistencies of various timepieces. If you are departing from a closed terminal or unmanned station we ask you to have proper accommodations until the bus arrives.  Departure dates and times may change. Carrier is not responsible for delays caused by breakdowns, road conditions, weather or other conditions beyond carrier’s reasonable control.  However, carrier will make reasonable attempts to minimize the delays and/or make alternate arrangements to enable bus travel to your final destination.  With the exception of Priority Seating, Express Service and accommodations for disabled and elderly passengers, seating is on a first come/first served basis and is without regard to race, color, creed, national origin or any other protected characteristic. Passengers acknowledge that Miller Transportation from time-to-time may use leased drivers and/or buses to operate its services.

CUSTOMERS TRAVELING IN WHEELED MOBILITY DEVICES

Any traveler who intends to travel in a wheeled mobility device is encouraged to book as far in advance as possible. This is important because seating is limited for all passengers, many trips involve multiple carriers and some schedules are reservation only. Miller Transportation may not be able to accommodate all customers traveling in a wheeled mobility device and each bus is limited to two passengers traveling in a wheeled mobility device. If you have questions or concerns regarding your travel contact Miller Transportation Customers with Disabilities Travel and Assistance Line at 1-800-544-2383.
